we believe we have a social responsibility to help Palestinian women by creating an opportunity for them to achieve their ambitions. That‘ addition to recognizing the importance of teamwork: alongside with men. “Alard” is dedicated to support women's cooperatives constantly. It always concentrates in employing a larger number of women.
Examples of women’s cooperatives whose administrative and functional staff are mostly women : Beita Association for making Olive Oil Soap, Dura Association for producing Maftoul. These associations have enabled many women to work in many productive projects. In addition to that, "Al’ard" makes various agreements with different women's cooperatives to work on joint projects, in order to provide the participating workers with technical and managerial skills, giving them th of promoting a developmental role that serves the agricultural sector by prov quality products to the consumer.
“Al'ard” always makes sure to provide the best agricultural products from the hands of Palestinian women. As well, “Al'ard” believes in giving women equal opportunity with men in creation, production. Providing equal opportunities for Palestinian women is an indicator of justice and national dignity that Palestinian women have achieved
